Vendor Information * -The Vendor fee is $30. This must be paid upon acceptance of your vendor application either in person within shop hours, or via online invoice. If you choose to pay in person, you must notify The Seven Cities Tattoo Co. upon your return email. Fees must be paid within 72 hours of acceptance. No space is guaranteed without payment in full. Fees are NONREFUNDABLE. This event is rain or shine. -Vendors may bring a pop-up tent up to 10'x10'. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, displays, and any additional items required for the sale of their items. Seven Cities Tattoo Co. will NOT provide tents, tables, tablecloths, decor, set up materials, etc. Any display items or fixtures should not exceed the 10'x10' allotment. This event is rain or shine, in the event of inclement weather, vendors may want to opt for pop-up tents with walls. -Electricity is very limited. Encouraged to bring a small generator if needed. There will be over hanging lights in the event area. Yes, I understand General Vendor Information * -Seven Cities Tattoo Co. does NOT tolerate disrespectful behavior to our staff, customers, other vendors, or any other persons within the shop. Should any vendor become unruly, unkind, or generally unpleasant we reserve the right to terminate our working agreement at any time. -Vendors are all required to provide their own payment services. Seven Cities Tattoo Co. cannot make change the day of the market or accept payments for any items that are not sold through Seven Cities Tattoo Co. -Vendor set up is between 5:30pm-7pm. Vendors should be set up and ready to sell NO LATER THAN 7PM. Vendors who are unable to finish set up prior to 7 pm may not be allowed back for future markets. -If needed, Vendors must provide their own insurance and any permits or licensing they may need. Vendors are required to follow all labeling required by law for their products. Seven Cities Tattoo Co. is not responsible for ensuring vendors appropriately label their items or have the proper legal protections in place. We HIGHLY recommend that vendors are registered as LLCs or other business entities if needed, but it is not required. Vendors assume and accept all liability related to insurance, product labels, stolen or broken merchandise, etc. Seven Cities Tattoo Co. will not be held responsible In the event of legal action due to the malfunction or improper labeling of the vendor's items. (CPSC and the FDA have specific labeling requirements for cosmetic items such as soaps, lotions, etc, and it is the seller's duty to know and implement these requirements.) -No space is guaranteed. As we are limited on space, we try our best to choose vendors based on: how different they are from our current resident vendors, how on theme for the event they are, and the quality and uniqueness of their items. Additionally, we do our best to rotate vendors at our markets to ensure customers get a fun, new experience each time. Yes, I have read and understood the above information and consent.
